Exaudi: a custom CMS for a news agency
29/10/2021

Over 8,000 recurring monthly users in just three months thanks to a phased custom build. A proprietary CMS in 3 languages, with steady 150% growth.
With the aim of offering an impartial view of the Catholic Church, Exaudi founded its news agency in March 2021. Through our CMS, they reached more than 8,000 recurring monthly users, establishing themselves as one of the largest portals for spreading news about the Christian Church.
Goal
To build a CMS platform where editors could independently design, create and publish any content with no further intervention, alongside an intuitive, pleasant website for readers.
Solution
We rolled out three phases to fuel growth. Market validation: in the absence of data, we used existing platforms (WordPress) to deliver maximum operational capability without a large upfront investment. Rolling out improvements: we increased readers' average time on site and strengthened interaction with other platforms, separating what mattered from what could be dropped. Custom development: we reduced the budget by removing unnecessary features.
Results
The client established itself in the market by adapting nimbly to the needs identified day by day: 150% steady growth, a 4% website incident rate, a presence in 3 languages (Spanish, English and Italian) and more than 15 countries reached every day.
