Industry that sees, predicts and decides

We connect machines, processes and data so your plant is more visible, more predictable and more profitable. Industry 4.0 with both feet on the ground. Technology you feel in the efficiency, not just on the brochure.

01The challenge

Your plant generates data around the clock. Are you using it?

Every machine, every process and every shift in your plant produces a huge amount of data. But in many industries that information gets lost along the way: it isn't captured, it sits in a PLC no one reads, or it ends up on a paper form. And meanwhile decisions are made late, breakdowns catch you off guard, and efficiency stays below what it could be.

Industry 4.0 has been promising itself for years. The trouble is that too often it stops at a pilot that never scales, or a very pretty dashboard no one looks at. And it's rarely the technology's fault: it's a matter of applying it with a clear head and connecting it to what really happens on the plant floor.

We bring intelligence to your plant step by step, with a return. Real-time monitoring, maintenance that anticipates the breakdown, computer vision for quality and automation where it saves the most. The idea is simple: the data should end in a decision, not in a report no one opens.

02What we do

How we digitalise your industry

From the machine to the dashboard, always with the real operation at the centre. These are the pieces that save the most.

Plant monitoring

We connect machines and processes to see everything in real time and decide with the data in hand.

Predictive maintenance

We anticipate breakdowns by reading the machine's data, so they don't stop your production.

Process automation

We take the manual work and the errors of repetitive tasks off your team's plate.

Industrial computer vision

Automatic quality inspection at line speed, with no fatigue and no lapses.

Connectivity and IoT

We sensorise and connect your machinery so it generates and shares data that's actually useful.

Dashboards

We turn plant data into clear information you can decide on at a glance.

03How we do it

Industry 4.0 that scales, not one that stays a pilot

Five stages to digitalise your plant with a return from the start.

01

Diagnosis

We find where digitalisation pays off most and with least friction.

02

Connectivity

We sensorise and connect machines and processes.

03

Data

We capture, process and visualise the information.

04

Intelligence

We apply prediction, vision and automation.

05

Scaling

We roll out what works to the rest of the plant.

04Why Neurafy

Industrial technology from people who also build the hardware

Digitalising a plant isn't installing a dashboard. It's connecting real machines, often old ones, in a hostile environment of noise, dust and vibration. Because we build the electronics, the sensors and the software ourselves, we reach where others can't: the data born in the machine itself.

We support industry on its technology leap from Barcelona, Madrid, London and Los Angeles, with a very clear yardstick. If it doesn't improve efficiency, quality or cost, we don't do it.

We reach the machine

We sensorise even the oldest equipment on the floor.

AI on site

Vision and prediction applied to your real process.

A measurable return

Efficiency, quality or cost: whatever moves the needle.

Built to scale

From pilot to rollout across the whole plant.

05Capabilities

Capabilities for the industrial sector

Neurafy's disciplines, put to work in your plant.

06FAQ

What we get asked most

Can you connect old machines?

Yes, and it's one of the things we're asked for most. We solve it by sensorising and adding the electronics needed so even old equipment ends up generating useful data.

What is predictive maintenance?

It's anticipating a breakdown by reading the machine's data so you can act before production stops. Instead of paying for an unplanned stoppage, you pay for maintenance you schedule yourself.

Does computer vision work for my quality control?

Almost always, yes. It checks every part to a consistent standard at line speed, catching defects the human eye can't hold for a whole shift.

Do I have to replace all my machinery?

No. We start with what you already have, sensorising and connecting, and prioritise the investments by return. Digitalisation is a journey, not a big bang.

How do you keep it from staying a pilot?

By designing to scale from the start and showing a return early. A pilot that genuinely saves money is the best lever to extend it across the whole plant.

Who keeps the data?

You do. We build the solution so your plant's data is yours and you can put it to use today and years from now.

Where should we start?

With a diagnosis that finds the case with the most return and the least friction. A well-chosen first step funds and justifies the ones that follow.
