Profile

Operating in two countries and present in more than five cities, our client champions its commitment to a more sustainable world free of CO₂ emissions. That commitment led it to make the leap into shared mobility with electric vehicles charged using energy that is 100% certified from renewable sources.

Objective

Improve the charging distribution chain by increasing the number of operations a technician can complete in a day before returning to the central depot, eliminating the costs of having to head back constantly.

Solution

We designed and manufactured a PCB that gives a fixed station sensing and connectivity. Built into the station, it enables real-time monitoring of the batteries' status and relays all the information to a cloud, so the technician knows instantly the state and the number of batteries available in each area.

Results

A custom IoT solution and an exclusive board that improve the service's competitiveness and internal costs: a product that is 100% connected, 64% faster to reach the market than its competitors and 27% more efficient in energy consumption.
