Every year, great ideas die in a drawer. Not because they were bad, but because of what comes next: a design people love but nobody can manufacture, electronics that hold up in the lab and fall over in the real world, software that grows faster than the team can keep up with.

And almost nobody makes that journey in one piece. The usual approach is to chop it up: a designer here, an electronics shop there, a software factory six time zones away. At every handoff between vendors, information gets lost, accountability gets diluted and the budget drifts. When something breaks, everyone looks the other way.

We build it the other way around. A single team (industrial design, electronics, software and AI) owns the whole product, from idea to production, with one point of contact who stands behind the result. That is why we move up to three times faster than splitting the project across third parties.

What we get asked most

How much does it cost to develop a tech product from scratch?

The expensive part is rarely the development: it is having to redo it. So we start with a short definition phase that puts a number and a timeline on what comes next, based on data rather than guesswork.

How do you go from a prototype to volume manufacturing?

We prepare the design for manufacturing, pick suppliers, set up quality controls and run pre-series. This is the stretch where most projects stumble, and where having engineering beside you shows the most.

Do you do both the hardware and the software?

Yes, and at the same time. The board is built for the firmware, the firmware for the app and the app lives in the cloud. When it is all designed together, the mess at the vendor borders disappears.

I have an idea but no technical team. Can you still help?

That is exactly what we are for. We act as your outside R&D lab, explain things in plain language and decide with you at every step. You keep the vision; we bring the engineering.

Do you work with companies outside Barcelona?

Yes. We have teams in Barcelona, Madrid, London and Los Angeles, and clients across Europe, the UK and the United States.

How long does it take to get a product ready?

It depends on how complex it is, but we work in phases with clear milestones so you see progress early and decide on something real. The initial definition gives you a realistic timeline and scope.

Are the product and the documentation mine?

Yours, one hundred percent. We hand over the product, the code and the documentation so you never depend on anyone to manufacture it or keep evolving it.
