Mysa: digital transformation to revolutionize consumption

Smart containers that detect when a product is running out and automate its restocking. Hardware with sensors, a mobile app and the cloud, with a strong environmental commitment.

It has surely happened to you more than once: a product you rely on every day was running out and you did not notice. Thanks to digital transformation and Mysa, that is a thing of the past: now you can keep the products you use on hand as they run low, without having to worry about reordering them.

Mysa brings containers into homes and offices that automate the ordering of your favorite products. When they detect that a minimum level has been reached, they send an alert to the platform, which notifies the user and lets them trigger a restock automatically. Its reusable, recyclable system also reduces the environmental footprint of recurring consumption.

How it works

The Mysa packs are containers made from recycled plastic that work through sensors capable of measuring how much product is left and, thanks to their internet connection, sending that information to the cloud to notify the user. You simply link each pack to your account through the app and set the minimum level that should trigger a new order.

Solution

At Neurafy we worked on creating a container that can measure and send information to the cloud, developing a mobile app that reports the amount of product in real time, and building a cloud capable of gathering the data from every Mysa pack.

Results

Less packaging waste, more effective logistics by automating reorders just as a product is about to run out, and an end customer who is 100% satisfied and no longer has to think about restocking. As a result, customer retention for the brands that rely on Mysa has grown considerably.
